Weatherly Casting and Hazleton Casting offer a full range of services, including assembly, pressure testing, and static or dynamic balancing of rotating parts.
Our specialized and highly skilled assembly shop facilitates total process control and timely casting deliveries. This allows customers to have their product shipped directly to the end user.
Our shop is also staffed with ASME Certified welders who are meticulous in their attention to detail and quality. Welding can be done on steel castings that require weld upgrading as part of the process.
Some of the tools we use:- Hines HC-1000 Dynamic Balancing Machine with angulator, roller bearings, segmenting, and 75-part memory with a capacity of 10 to 1,000 pounds
Hines HC-10000 Single Station Computer-Controlled Dynamic Balancing Machine with angulator, roller bearings, segmenting, and 75-part memory with a capacity of up to 10,000 pounds
